Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II Age between 18 to 50 Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to clonidine, dexmedetomidine, nitro-glycerine, fentanyl Pregnancy or lactating mothers History of hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary diseases History of significant neurological, psychiatric, or neuromuscular disorders Alcoholism, diabetes, hyper or hypothyroidism Patients on calcium channel blockers Bleeding diathesis
