Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to sign the consent form. 2. The patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Sthaulya and Obesity. 3. Patient with BMI 30 or more than 30. 4. Waist circumference >=102 cm (40 in) in men or >=88 cm (35 in) in women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to sign consent form. 2. Patients with complicated and chronic disorder like Nephrotic syndrome, Hypothyroidism, Jaundice, Hepatitis, chronic infections and other serious diseases. 3. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. 4. Patient having BMI below 30. 5. Patients having Obesity due to secondary reason such as drug induced or hormonal imbalance. 6. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 7. Patients contraindicated for Vasti as mention in samhitas.
