Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers with 28-34 weeks of gestational age ,admitted in CLR for delivery. Preterm neonates,born to above mothers ,28-34 weeks,weight<=1800 grams

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatally diagnosed malformations (Cleft lip and palate,Tracheoesophageal fistula ,Esophagial atrasia. Multiple gestation Antenatal mothers who are very sick,on ventilator and in shock due to any cause.
