Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous anti H.pylori treatment 2.Gastric malignancy 3.TypeI,IV,V peptic ulcer disease 4.Conservative management of gastroduodenal perforation 5.Diameter of perforation site less than diameter of biopsy forceps
