Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: booked antenatal cases pregnant women in first trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: multiple pregnancy patients with previous head and neck surgeries patients with temperomandibular joint disease patients with mallampati score more than 3

MeasureTime frame
change in mallampati score from first trimester to delivery and post deliveryTimepoint: change in mallampati score from first trimester to delivery and post delivery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
gain in body weight duration of first and second stages of labour dose of oxytocin given volume of IV fluids given comorbid conditions associated with pregnancyTimepoint: first trimester, pre labour, during labour, immediate post delivery and 48 hours post delivery.
