Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Patients attending the clinic in the age group of 12 years and above are included and both the sexes will be included 2Patients provisionally diagnosed with the symptom of pain and inflammation due to muscular aches, joint pain (arthritis), rheumatism, sprains, strains and backache are included the study with their consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Those having pain due to fractures, ligament tears and major injuries due to accidents 2Patients with serious co-morbid illnesses such as known cardiac vascular disease, cancer induced pain, injuries due to fall or accidents, systemic illness like SLE,etc 3Patients below the age of 12 years and above 60 years 4Patients who are not willing to give informed written consent.
