Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of oral and regional clonidine in postoperative analgesia after ilioinguinal /iliohypogastric block in children by 1.duration of analgesia( first analgesic requirement),2.total analgesic requirement(fentanyl),3.quality of analgesia by VAS(visual analog score) score more than threeTimepoint: 0min, 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min, 240min, 360min post operatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare different side effects between two groups (oral & regional clonidine) like sedation, bradycardia, nausea & vomiting, post operative shiveringTimepoint: 0min, 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min, 240min, 360min post operatively
