Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pain predominant medically unexplained physical symptoms (MUPS) with age group of 18- 60 years attending the OPD 2.Persistent pain (at least three months, continuously on most days) severe and distressing pain, in any part of the body. 3. Patients with initial PHQ score of at least 18 4. Residing within Delhi NCR and willing to follow up as per protocol 5. Willing to give written consent for participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2.Not suffering from any major psychiatric illness
