Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted to undergo clipping of aneurysm 1. Age â?? 18 to 80 years 2. ASA grade I, II and III patients 3. All grades of aneurysms according to(H&H, WFNS, Modified FISHER)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Carotid artery disease ï?· Patients with Ischemic Stroke ï?· Unable to create a window by TCD ï?· Patientâ??s refusal

Detect the incidence of impaired cerebral autoregulation by Transient Hyperemic Response Test (THRT) using Transcranial Doppler (TCD) as Primary Outcome of the studyTimepoint: Pre-operatively

Correlation of impaired cerebral autoregulation with ï?· post-clipping vasospasm, ï?· Discharge or death in hospital ï?· Modified Rankins score at discharge ï?· Neurological outcome measured by E-GOS at 1 and 3 monthsTimepoint: At discharge, 1 month and 3 months
