Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of Ruka, Toda, stambha and Spandana in the sphik, kati, uru, janu, jangha and Pada. 2.Tenderness along the course of Sciatic Nerve. 3.Patients of either sex between age group of 20years to 50years will be included. 4. SLR test in affected leg as objective measure for diagnosis and assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindicated for Basti Karma and Siravedha 2.known cases of any major illness e.g. DM,TB,AIDS,Malignancy 3. Surgical indications such as progressive neurological deficit 4. Pregnancy 5. Anaemia 6. Patients having skin infections
