Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses working in inpatient wards, in Bangalore Baptist Hospital 2.Nurses working in different intensive care units in Bangalore Baptist Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are on long leave / out of town during the conduct of the study
