Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First year B.Sc. Nursing students of both gender Above 18 years of age Students who will score >20 on K10 scale Students who will give their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who have previous exposure to counseling Non-compliant with the intervention Students who will not provide their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study
