Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: presence of infra bony angular defects, one on each quadrant (3sites) with probing depth >5mm after scaling and root planing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.with known systemic diseases 2.known or allergic to using drugs 3.receiving same drugs as systemic therapy 4.with severe form of periodontitis 5.using tobacco in any form 6.pragnent and lactating women 7.taking any medications for other diseases from past 6 months
