Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adults patients between 18 to 70 years undergoing open GI malignancy surgeries of American Society of Anesthesiologists I & II Surgeries that are expected to last less than 6 hrs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal for the consent Emergency surgeries and re-do surgeries Patients having any coagulopathies Diabetic patients Contraindications to dexmedetomidine and ketamine Contraindications to epidural Patients who has received these drugs previously within one month Known allergic to ketamine and dexmedetomidine. Patients not extubated for >6 hrs after reversal
