Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with gall bladder carcinoma undergoing surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients found to have widespread metastases( not amneable to cytoreduction) during surgery. Unresectable disease. Unfit for surgery. Developing hemodynamic instability during the procedure.
