Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals Age in between 18 â?? 40 years Irrespective of sex, religion, socio economic status etc Who are fit for Vamana and Virechana Karma and having BMI in between 18-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 40 years. Pregnant women, lactating mother. Who are unfit for Vamana and Virechana Karma
