Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease stage 5 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to withstand GA 2. Patients who have previously undergone omentectomy 3. Uncontrolled bleeding disorder 4. Pregnancy 5. Ascites 6. Patients with gastrointestinal or urinary stoma 7. Active intra-abdominal or parietal infection 8. Patients with ventral/ incisional hernia
