Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Intermittent and mild persistent cases of asthma. 2- Symptoms according to Ch.Chi.17/56-62 (4 essential + any >=2 other symptoms mention bellow) Essential Symptoms a- Rapidity of breathing b- Cough c- Rottling d- Severe breathlessness if sputum is not expectorated out, slight relief in breathlessness on spitting out the sputum Other Symptoms a- Breathlessness disturbs sleep b- Sweating in the forehead c- Symptoms aggravated by environmental condition such as- cloud, cold water, morning time cold air and taking kaph vardhak diets d- Likes hot thing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate persistent, severe persistent asthma. 2. Dyspnoea due to other disease like- LVF, COPD, Upper respiratory tract obstruction, Bronchiectasis, Tuberculosis, Interstitial lung disease, Tropical pulmonary eosinophilia etc. 3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension and any other systemic disorders. 4. Pregnant or lactating mother. 5. Symptoms (mention in inclusion criteria according to Ch.Chi.17/56-62)
