Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the role of MRI with MR spectroscopy in evaluating response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in locally advanced breast cancer. 2. To assess the role of Gray scale and Colour Doppler ultrasonography in evaluating response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in locally advanced breast cancer. 3. To compare the above two methods of assessment of response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in correlation with histopathological evaluationTimepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Role of MRI and Ultrasonography to assess feasibility of breast conservation surgery post neoadjuvant chemotherapyTimepoint: 3 months
