Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plantar medial heel pain with initial steps after a period of inactivity but also worse after prolonged weight bearing 2. Heel pain precipitated by a recent increase in weight-bearing activity 3. Pain with palpation of the proximal insertion of the plantar fascia 4. Limited active and passive dorsiflexion range of motion 4. Tightness of Tendo Achilles & hamstrings 5. Acute to subacute pain 6. Age 30- 60 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures or other injuries to the lower limb 2. Neurological deficits involving the lower limb 3. Any systemic illness 4. Inflammatory arthropathies 5. Bilateral plantar fasciitis 6. Usage of assistive devices
