Inclusion criteria: BMI â?? 18- 25 Thoracic epidural indicated for the procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for epidural such as Patient refusal Local infection Coagulation abnormalities Raised ICP 2. Previous spine surgery 3. Spinal deformity 4. LA allergy
