Inclusion criteria: cervicogenic headache

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Marked depression, anxiety or psychosis 2.More than 2 visits/month for mental health care 3.More than one psychiatric medications 4.Major medical illness under treatment 5. Pregnancy 6.Clotting disorders 7.Head or neck trauma in past 2 years 8.Cranial/neck surgery in past 2 years 9.Cardiac Pacemaker 10.Other implanted or external electrical device
