Health Condition 1: null- Individuals with Janusandhigata vata (Osteoarthritis Of knee joint) between 40 to 70 years of both genders

Interventions

Intervention1: Ajamodadi vati and Gandharvahastadi Kwath: 1 gm of Ajamodadi vati with 30 ml of Gandharvahastadi Kwath twice a day before meal Control Intervention1: Ajamodadi Vati, Gandharvahastadi Kw
Local Abhyanga with Kottamchukkadi Taila and Nadi Swedana with Dashmool Kwatha.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 40 to 70 years of age. 2. Patients of both genders. 3. Patients suffering from primary Osteoarthritis. 4. Patients with classical sign and symptoms of sandhivata like Shoola (Joint Pain), Shotha (Joint Edema), Stambha (Stiffness), Sparsha asahyata (Tenderness), Atopa (Crepitus), Akunchana-Prasarana vedana (Pain during flexion and extension of the joint) etc. of Knee joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from Diabetes, Psoriatic arthritis, Vatarakta, Amavata, HTN, Pregnancy and lactation, or any other systemic illness. 2. Patients with any anatomical deformities will be excluded. 3. Patients Ayogya for Abhyanga, Swedana (Saama Avastha).
