Intervention1: Tikta Ksheer Basti,Upnaha: Tikta Ksheer Basti- 240 ml for 15 days. Upnaha of Asthisandhanak lepa for 15 days. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having sign and symptoms of Janu Sandhigat vata(OA). 2.Patient having chronicity of Janu Sandhigat vata less than 5yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known Patient with life threatening complicated and major systemic illnesses like cancer and tuberculosis. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Contraindicated for Basti Karma and Upnaha.
