Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal Healthy Subjects 18 years to 60 years of age. 2. Subjects willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with active bone disease of any origin. 2. Presence of chronic diseases that affect vitamin D status such as malabsorption, chronic liver disease, renal impairment or nephritic syndrome 3. Use of vitamin D supplements, or drugs that can affect vitamin D metabolism such as anticonvulsants or corticosteroids 4. Family history of hypocalcemia or vitamin D disorders 5. Normal healthy subjects unwilling to give an informed consent for participation in the study
