Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Permanent single rooted tooth 2.On basis of presence of periapical lesion >2mm to 3.Tooth with well-formed root 4.Patient without systemic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Permanent tooth with more than one root. 2.Teeth with developmental root defects and malformed teeth. 3.Periapical lesion more than 5.5mm

assesment of pain and healing of periapical lesion with use of laser as adjuct with root canal therapyTimepoint: assessment of pain will be done on 0,7,14 day. periapical healing will be assessed after 3,6,9months of treatment
