Intervention1: Sudarshana Choorna, Guduchi Ghan Vati, Guggulu tikta ghrita, Trivrita avaleha, Sira vyadha: Deepana Pachana will be done by oral administration of Sudarshana Choorna (3gm twice) and Gud
oral Shamana medication including Mahamanjisthadi kwatha (10 ml twice) and Kaishora guggulu (1000 mg twice) for 30 days will be given. Thus total duration of the intervention will be 66 days.
Control

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with symptoms of primary varicose veins of lower limb such as tortuous dialated veins, pain, skin changes, itching and ankle oedema.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Varicose veins associated with deep vein thrombosis, calcification, equines deformity, venous ulcer, Valveless syndrome, Patients who have undergone open venous surgery, Radio Frequency Ablation, Thermal Ablation; Anaemic, with bleeding disorders, Diabetic patients, Patients with severe systemic disorders and Patients Ayogya for Snehapana, Virechana and Rakta Mokshana
