Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients aged 18 – 65 years, attending pain clinic with chronic low back ache of more than 3 months duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known psychiatric disorders, serious pathologies like unhealed fractures, tumors, acute trauma, neurological signs of motor weakness and loss of tendon reflexes
