Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.white collar jobs(seated desk jobs) 2.At least 3 years of work experience in the similar seated field 3.Ambulatory(free from disabilities ) 4.Working schedule of minimum 6 to 8 hours of seated job per day with minimum 4 to 6 days a week 5.Work experience of minimum 1 year under the current corporate setup 6.Permanent employee 7.Ability to read and write regional language and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Known cardiopulmonary diseases like (COPD) disability 3.Recent Musculo-Skeletal injuries( less than 3 week) irrespective of work. 4.History of depression or any known mental disorder 5.conditions associated to health where exercise is contraindicated
