Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism Patient having the TSH range between 5.5-15mU/L.[2] Free T4 and T3 in normal reference range (Free T4: 0.9-2ng/dl and T3: 80-220ng/dl[1] ) Patient between the age of 20-60 years Either gender (male & female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactating women Patients age below 20 and above 60 year All complicated case of Hypothyroidism including primary and secondary hypothyroidism Patient with H/o metabolic disorders and other systemic illness Recent thyroid surgery or radio-iodine intake Patient unable to give consent and who fail to follow-up
