Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children in age groups 13-14 and 6-7 years of age in selected schools and their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Not willing for enrollment b) Children with known other systemic illnesses like congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart diseases, nephritic syndrome, cystic fibrosis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, chronic kidney diseases, immune deficiency disorders
