Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acromegalic and non-acromeglic patients with pituitary tumor scheduled for trans-sphenoidal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of major airway surgery or airway pathology 2.Patients with cervical spine injury or pathology 3.Pregnant females 4.Patientâ??s denial to participate in the study
