Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the clinically diagnosed cases of Chronic Urticaria. Patients of either sexes in the age group of 20 to 50 years Patients who have agreed to sign the informed written consent and follow the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than 20 and more than 50 years of age. Well diagnosed cases of skin elements other than Urticaria. Clearly defined underlying aetiology other than chronic Urticaria. Other skin diseases like Psoriasis, Eczema. immunocompromised patients. Patients suffering from any other systemic disorders like HTN, DM, IHD and HIV. Pregnant and lactating women. H/O Bronchial Asthma and Intestinal parasite and Anaphylaxis to medicine. Patients on Systemic corticosteroid or immunosuppressive drug used in the past 6 weeks prior to the study Unwillingness or inability to fulfill the protocol.
