Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are habituated and compelled for suppression and diurnal variation in sleep, who are in their job of shift duty from minimum last 3 months and individuals of mild to moderate anxiety but not on medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals of other co-morbidity like psychosis, epilepsy, etc. and individuals on anxiolytic drugs, antidepressant therapy and addiction to drugs and alcohol
