Interventions

Intervention1: Habb-e-Asab: Two Habb of 250 mg twice a day with water orally for 45 days Control Intervention1: Placebo: One tablet of 250 mg twice a day orally for 45 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both gender 2 Age between 35-65 years 3 Patients c/o pain in the foot, burning sensation and tingling sensation. 4 Known case of Diabetes mellitus type-2 with Peripheral Diabetic Neuropathy Normotensive patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Neuropathy symptoms other than Diabetes Mellitus Type-2 2 Age 65 Cases of neuropathy with Paraesthesia and Ulcers of foot 3 Patients not willing to comply with the Protocol 4 Patients with any other Systemic or related Diseases
