Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 60 yrs of either sex and those who consented 2. Accepted co-morbidities: Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus, Cerebrovascular disease, Peripheral vascular disease, Post menopausal osteoporosis,Osteoarthritis 3. Malignancy 4. Pt. on Chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Declined consent. 3. Acute serious illness(MI, stroke, sepsis, electrolyte disturbances)
