Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fissure in Ano. (Anterior and/or Posterior) Both sexes. Age 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure associated with third and fourth degree, or thrombosed piles. Malignancy. Severe systemic diseases. Systemic diseases with multiple fissures.
