Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adolescents of both genders 2) Between the age of 9 and 16 years 3) Studying in an English medium school

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with single parents 2) Acute or chronic health problems 3) On medication 4) Attended any residential yoga program in the last three months 5) Parents not consented
