Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients of supra-tentorial craniotomy for non traumatic lesion with peri-orbital edema and ecchymosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periorbital edema due to other reasons like nephrotic syndrome, pregnancy, thyroid disorder, renal failure, cardiac failure, liver failure
