Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of both gender aged 20 - 60 yrs undergoing thoracolumbar spine surgery were assessed for eligibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with psychiatric illness, clinically significant cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic and renal disease, long term drug or alcohol abuse were excluded.
