Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: USG findings. Weight upto 60gm RUV IPSS score > 7 P/R findings- reached with difficulty to upper pole of prostate Age 45-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe Cardiac, Pulmonary, Hepatic and Renal disease. Evidence of stricture of urethra. Acute retention of urine PSA >8.0ng/ml
