Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using smartphone >= 4 hours per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting the upper or lower extremities 2. History of surgery of the spine 3. History of surgery of the upper extremity 4. Diabetic or smoker 5. A history of upper extremity injury in the last 6 months 6. Congenital Postural Deformities
