Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having sign & symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus type II. 2. Fasting blood glucose level > 110 mg/dl 3. P.P blood sugar level > 140 mg/dl 4. HbA1c > 6.0% or above 42 mmol/mol 5. Patients eligible for Virechana Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with D.M Type I. 2. Patients suffering from secondary diabetes. 3. Patients suffering from any severe systemic illness. 4. Hypertensive patient with B.P > 200/100 mm of Hg. 5. Patients suffering from Diabetogenic Renal complications. 6. Other contraindication for Virechanakarma indicated in text.
