Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal Healthy individuals 2.Patients suffering from IHD having single metabolic syndrome like hypertension/ high blood sugar/ obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who refuses to give consent. 2.no female patients are taken 3.no smokers are taken 4.patients suffering from any other systemic diseases confounding the result 5.patients with abnormal renal profile
