Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients undergoing tracheostomy both paediatric and adult patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severely ill patients in ICU with poor prognosis and not fit for investigations. 2.Tracheoesophageal fistula. 3.Patients not willing to be a part of the study. 4.Immunocomprised patients
