Health Condition 1: null- Suffering with Amavata

Interventions

Intervention1: Valuka Svedana and Virechana Karma followed by oral administration of Ashwagandha: Valuka Svedana with Valuka for 30 minutes for 7 days followed by Virechana Karma with Nimbaamrutadi Er

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical features of Amavata like Angamarda, Aruchi, Trishna, Hrillasa, Gaurava, Jwara, Shula, Shotha and patients who fulfill the revised criteria (2010) for rheumatoid arthritis fixed by American Rheumatism Association

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronicity of more than 10 yrs, Having severe crippling deformities, cardiac diseases, pulmonary tuberculosis and pregnant women, Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, Steroid dependent patients. Individuals who are unfit for the Svedana and Virechana
