Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA classification I-III BMI between 20-35 kg m-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia 2. Previous Hemiarthroplasty (the same site) 3. Pathological fracture such as severe infection, bone cancer 4. Patients having history of substance abuse. 5. Pregnant and lactating women. 6. Inability to understand functioning of PCA pump and verbal numeric rating scale (VNRS). 7. Contraindication or allergy to local anaesthetics, dexamethasone and morphine.
