Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 30 years & above 2 With any one or more Non communicable disease (diabetes, hypertension, CVD, stroke, cancer) 3 Who will give informed consent to be a part of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Less than 30 years of age 2 Who will not give informed consent to be a part of the study 3 Those who are already on nicotine replacement therapy
