Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of Parikartika Acute fissure in ano having duration less than upto 8 weeks 2 Age group between 18 to 60 years of either gender 3 Controlled case of Diabetes mellitus Hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure in ano having duration more than 8 weeks Patient below 18 and above 60 years of age Patient suffering from malignancy Patient suffering from HIV VDRL HepatitisB Tb Fissure in ano associated with piles and fistula
