Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Atleast 01 vitiligo skin lesion measuring at least 2x2cm in size. 2 Vitiligo patients with lesions of duration 03 months to 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Use of topical/systemic treatment for vitiligo in past 08 weeks •Use of laser or light- based vitiligo treatments within the past 08 weeks •Treatment with immune-modulating oral medications in past 08 weeks. •Evidence of skin conditions (like Pityriasis versicolor, Pityriasis alba or post inflammatory hypopigmentation) other than vitiligo that would interfere with evaluations of the effect of study medication on vitiligo

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Change in Vitiligo Area Scoring Index 2. Change in VETF (Vitiligo European Task Force). Timepoint: At Baseline and every month for 1 year.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
â?¢Change in Quality of life measured using Dermatology Life Quality Index â?¢Change in depigmentation & pattern of repigmentation by digital photography. Timepoint: At Baseline and every month for 1 year.
